Samsung Galaxy OR Apple?.. Vote to support

Apple in this week had claimed that the Samsung Galaxy has been interfering in their intellectual property. They claimed that the Samsung Galaxy tablet infringed in their property.
But the judge say that Samsung Galaxy did not infringed. He tell that the Samsung Galaxy Tablet are not as much as the Apple one. The judge simply give there view about the Samsung that they are not that much cool as the Apple one. The word which are tell by the judge was that "The Samsung Galaxy was not having that much simplicity as that the Apple having in their design". They say that the Apple iPad having the coolest design and Samsung design are that much complicated.
